It's interesting to know how corrupt we are as a generation, society, and more so as individuals. Every action derived from a motive. A motive driven by ambition. An ambition stemmed by greed, passion, competition etc.
The funny thing is, we well aware of this frightening but honest fact. These days a girl can't be nice to a guy without wanting anything out of/ from him. A girl just simply cant be nice just because she is a genuine nice person. Her actions are misunderstood and mistaken for signs of interest and more. I know we've heard it all before.. "she's leading him on.." "shes stringing him along..." and the vice versa is true for boys.
Then the girl or the boy is left to defend for themselves.. they need to justify their actions.
ridiculous. Why do we as individuals need to justify anything? why can't it simply just because it feels good to be nice. It feels good to make others feel nice?
As a society that prides itself on anti-narrow-mindism (i made that up), why are we so narrow minded when it comes to accepting simple facts justified by 'just because' or 'just simply because'
