Tristan Prettyman ll Melting

Looking from inside out, I haven't changed much over the past 2 years. Looking from outside in, I've changed drastically over the past 2 years.

I called my MIT interviewer today and got waitlisted. Ehh I don't care too much for it, especially because I called 2 days prior to the deadline.

Anyways his name is Neil R Gupta. Over the small conversation we had, I could most definitely tell that he was indian. And I realized... MIT is pretty much an indian school.

why am I going there? I'm really not. It's one of those dream schools your parents force you to apply to waste your time. Reality check, I've been only sleeping 2-5 hours each day. . . due to all the stress, anxiety, work, hw, tests, events, files, conference calls, . . . i have to accomplish.

So much to do.

On top of that... All my friends are outside of school, so what makes him think that I will make close friends w/a bunch of Indians during my college life? I'm not racist, we are just very very culturally different.
